Jack Rome, Jr. (Jackie) has extensive experience in all aspects of business enterprises that range from “start-up” companies to “well established, legacy” companies. He has over 50 years of experience in all phases of owning, operating, and providing management consulting services to businesses in diversified business segments. Jackie founded a professional management consulting firm specializing in organization structure, management systems and financial services. The firm provided professional services in the areas of acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, divestitures and other corporate management and financial needs.
In August of 2013, Jackie’s 40-year-old firm was merged with Crossmark Management Group. Through these services offered by Crossmark, Jackie also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Moran Construction. He is responsible for building our financial statements, providing cost analysis on our day-to-day operations, financial modeling for future growth and any investment opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with our amazing lenders. Jackie is married to his lovely wife, Suzanne, and can usually be found riding motorcycles on the weekends. He also loves traveling and spending time with his 2 sons and 4 beautiful grandchildren
